Luke Tierney is an executive in the recruiting industry based in Newport News, Virginia. Luke is the third generation in the family business, and he started coming into the office at age 11. His career began more formally working for CTR as an intern when he was 17. Luke graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Classics in 2021. During and after college, he has worked full-time for CTR as head of CTR’s industrial division and national sales manager. Luke formulated the strategy behind CTR’s decision to enter the executive-search market and subsequently spearheaded the acquisition of RMN, a boutique search firm with deep roots in the Boston area.
Currently, he is the business liaison between RMN Electi and the broader CTR Group and leads corporate development at the holding group level. In his spare time, Luke enjoys reading about history, traveling, and spending time with his family.
CTR Group acquired RMNephew, now RMN Electi in 2021. The acquisition positions RMN solidly for future growth and success while enabling the firm to better serve its clients with a multinational presence.
