As Executive Recruiting Director for RMN Electi, Alyssa Vasan is responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their specific executive leadership needs and identifying and recruiting top tier talent.
Alyssa is a dedicated recruitment professional with 7 years of experience partnering with executives across many industries to achieve their talent acquisition goals. Prior to joining RMN Electi, Alyssa started her career as an Executive Recruiter for Adecco USA’s Executive Search division. Alyssa led the full-cycle executive search function for 5 branches in the Phoenix market prior to establishing the first San Diego executive search branch.
Alyssa joined a leading fintech company in San Diego as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later became the Director of Talent Management at a 2,000 employee health system in Western Nebraska. There, Alyssa built the first recruitment and retention function for the organization alongside the COO and other members of the executive team.
Alyssa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with minors in Chemistry, Biology and Art from Chadron State College. Alyssa resides in Nebraska with her husband, two boys and three French bulldogs.
