Brookside Holdings, LLC, is a privately held, family-owned holding company with two primary operating companies. CS-MA LLC (dba Construction Service) produces, sells, and delivers ready mixed concrete, primarily to the construction trade. C.W. Sliter & Sons, LLC (dba CWS Fence & Guardrail) constructs and installs guardrails and bridge rails on public and private roadways, in parking lots, and at other sites. The companies operate independently but use a number of shared services provided by the holding company
