In his 20+ years with GM, Luis successfully led a wide number of teams and employees, negotiated difficult union agreements, recruited executives, and coached many international executives.
After leaving GM, Luis became the CEO of Biela, a beer brand in Ecuador, and he effected the turnaround of the beleaguered brewery in under twenty months before successfully negotiating its sale to Heineken. This achievement showcases Luis’ executive management skills, his entrepreneurial and visionary spirit, and his commitment to results.
